Cabin in the Woods
Oct. 9th, 2016 01:04 amThat's where I spent my night (it's been a while since I've dragged home at midnight.)
One of the guys in the steampunk group has a cabin in the woods, it's darling with just a great space....that he and his wife jammed with Halloween decorations over every kind (I ended up with so many ultra-violet active bubbles breaking on me my boobs were glowing like I was the star of some bukake porno). He's also a brew master (double red, pumpkin ale and a chocolate stout all delicious as is his sasparilla). Got to talk to a lot of my fellow steam punkers AND met new people.
One is with the steampunk group (her kid is really a good little actor). She and I talked a lot all night. She's a make up artist and social media coordinator for the local theatres, a lot of fun. The other is an older woman, quite heavy who was sad because she felt too fat to come steampunking with us. I told her she had nothing to worry about. Our group is so very accepting. Grab a skirt and a blouse and fancy up a hat and we'd love to have you.
And a friend is doing tarot readings there (she's quite good). I told her I always get the 10 of swords so don't worry if it pops up. It DID. She's like are you kidding me. SHe had a suggestion for it though. SHe wonders if that card represents my Italian hot temper since I've been getting that card nearly every reading for 2 decades. Anyhow let's hope the cards are right. My questions was about the change in emphasis in my writing and it looks like it could pay off.
So here's to a nice night out. ANd oh, my stupid cheap ass wal-mart wig ended up less itchy and less problematic than my good wig and everyone loved it. Men I didn't know came up to me to tell me they loved it and my dragon fly wings (which looked beautiful in the black light).

Day 8 - 37 words and the problem chapter seems fixed.

Date: 2016-10-09 05:12 am (UTC)Those wings are FABULOUS and your wig is spectacular! I like the idea of a fancy wig, but the reality is, they are all too hot and I pull it off after 10 minutes :D

Date: 2016-10-09 05:29 am (UTC)wigs ARE hot. I'm partly bald from PCOS so I've had to get used to it. The wings and wig are fun though

Date: 2016-10-09 02:00 pm (UTC)thanks. 8$ at wal-mart. I'm sure it'll be a tangled mess quickly but it was pretty
that outfit was the original renn dress mom made when I was still living in FL with ELD. But it's taffeta which my sweat discolored the first time I wore it (in spite of being washed) But in the dark who could tell
thanks me too.

Date: 2016-10-10 11:56 pm (UTC)You're welcoem! Even though they're cheap, not that the more expensive wigs don't shed or tangle, they still do the job & you can't beat the price. :D
Yeah? Wow! Aaah... It happens & probably happened to the women back then too, so no worries. If no one noticed, even better. :D
You're welcoem! :D
