Not quite urgent care

Couldn't sleep half the night so I just called off work. I was in no shape to bounce between 75 students over three labs 50 of whom have never been in a lab before AND most likely infecting them. I also wanted to put brakes on this infection before it became bronchitis.

Too late. Took urgent care three hours then the doc asked me what I wanted to treat it...um okay sure, if that's all you were going to do I could have told you to give me a Z pack 3 hours ago. So once again I have siniusitis and bronchitis.

Well at least I got my blood drawn for the endrocinologist on thursday (who's probably switching me to an injectible diabetic medication. Thrills.

Steven never underestimated the power of fire. He had seen its destructive power. The boy knew too well it was one of the few things that could kill a vampire – maybe he’d use that on his father whenever he saw him. Tonight he knew it was the one thing that stood between him and death. Father was back at the cave they were sheltering in but he had gotten caught by a blizzard while hunting. Huddled under a rocky overhang, the seven year old watched the fire he created never knowing most little boys never had to worry about such things.
