Not quite urgent care

Couldn't sleep half the night so I just called off work. I was in no shape to bounce between 75 students over three labs 50 of whom have never been in a lab before AND most likely infecting them. I also wanted to put brakes on this infection before it became bronchitis.

Too late. Took urgent care three hours then the doc asked me what I wanted to treat it...um okay sure, if that's all you were going to do I could have told you to give me a Z pack 3 hours ago. So once again I have siniusitis and bronchitis.

Well at least I got my blood drawn for the endrocinologist on thursday (who's probably switching me to an injectible diabetic medication. Thrills.

the trick is learning to eat the right things so you don't have to

and you can have most foods in moderation. It's the moderation that can be problematic. Being a wound care specialist I KNOW what happens to diabetics who don't watch their diet correctly. that makes me do the right thing
