LOOKEE!! New Lay Out!

For my birthday evil_little_dog made me a new banner since I've had the same layout for literally 5 years (since i had it in WI and that was four years ago now). I think she did a great job. Then ishte wrangled all the coding crap into a lay out for me. Isn't it pretty??

And yes I will upload the Goku mood theme I have from chaos_by_design once finals are over tomorrow.
