Happy Kwanza

I'm spending it kinda lying around sick watching a House marathon mixed with The New Detectives . It's rather surreal.
The holidays have been pretty good so far. Santa was very good to me. chelle86 got me some interesting looking incense, rain_oubliette sent a couple of cool books & evil_little_dog sent along a strange looking critter and the weirdest D. Gray-man calender I've ever seen (it's loose leafed and meant to be contained in a cd-like jewel case). Got plenty of books, teas, wine and food, too, not to mention clothes and money. The funniest thing is what Lucky Uncle and his wife got me a wine carafe and two glasses reading Cheap White Wine (and ironically a bottle of red to go with it...) got some perfume too (and the Crystal Pink oil {a mix of cotton candy, caramel and strawberries} that I got from an online pagan shop has been a complete hit with everyone)


the parents had gone rock hunting in the Carolinas again this year and Dad made me a pair of emerald earrings. They're very pretty. He also made me a cd of photos converted from slides from the 70's and early 80's...however he hid it so well he can't remember where it is. When he does, I'll share the pic's with you.
