can this day get worse

the lab lost my paperwork and it took an hour and a half to get my blood drawn

I ended up with a HUGE hematoma (blood blister) on my upper arm where they had to draw me and then had a reaction to the paper tape (unusual for me) and have multiple purpura in my antecubital fossa (multiple pinpoint bruising in my elbow

And now the provost and teh head of resp. therapy need to meet with me.

I now that panic Roy felt when he blurted out about knowing the secret to the immortal life at headquarters....

The meeting went badly (i.e. I lost but who didn't expect that) and I asked but what are you going to do when this class gets moved to a two semester class...oh god. I Didn't know the damn provost hadn't been told yet that we're working on this.

okay so this day HAS no end to the down

I get home, step on the porch and the floorboard flips up and nearly kills me. ALl the nails rusted through.

I go out to the garden to plant more and almost ALL the new plants are one step from death in spite of me watering them. I soak the suckers this time. The grass, however, is having no such issues.

Mom calls and tells me that the temp nursing home gram is in sucks slightly AND gram is being a total bitch. She called my uncle and told him to take her home tomorrow and he plans on it. Well she can't walk and mom is NOT going to haul her around. Mom wants me to call him and tell him no. I'm like I'm not getting between you two. Any idiot would know that she needs to follow doctor's orders.

WHy does she want to come home? Because she told the social worker to put her only in a nice one and that she could call her Queen Santy. THe S.W. thought she was kidding. Gram wasn't. SHe wants out because no one is catering to her.

Tomorrow i see two specialists. I wasn't nervous until I took a shower and it dawned on me tomorrow I could be told I'm going to need major surgery...or at the very least yet another new med.

I guess the good things that did happen was I got three of the four new dragons.
