IT SNOWED

I'm bouncing like a 6 year old. Okay there's only a dusting like a powdered donut but it's still coming down.

on the downside, I didn't put up my decorations in Nov when it was 70 for some freaking reason since I was nanoing and now I must go do it in the snow.

Now is when I miss those long moonlit walks in the Wisconsin forest with snow up to my knees

Want to see what Christmas decorating looks like when it's done by someone either drunk or a little bit mad, then swing by my place. Mom's place looks like Martha Stewart and Sandra Lee stopped by. I was obviously visited by an escapee from an asylum.

Yes i AM irritated by my lack of decorating skills but i'm MORE irritated by my land lord. I told him for the SECOND month in a row that i can not undo the freaking screws that he cranked done so i can replace that toilet seat. He tells me oh i'll be right over. Right. Even his wife laughed at that and told me good luck since he barely fixed hers (and this woman is wheelchair bound) which was SO encouraging.

Well while i'm out playing in the snow and hanging lights, i see him go to the OTHER neighbors TWICE. he's obviously embarrassed to see me out there since he has no intention of coming to MY place. This would take him ten minutes tops. Next month, if this ain't fixed, he ain't getting paid until it is. If I wanted to do my own home repairs, I'd buy a house.

Which I've been informed I'm doing next year. I'm not sure how mom thinks I'm paying for it (though around here it's probably cheaper than rent). I'm also not sure how Mom decided this but there you have it. (actually I wouldn't mind).

But the highly of my misadventures in decorating, three neighbors also spotted me and all said the same thing. NOT ENOUGH SNOW.
