I've gotten some really great responses to my post. I'm thrilled.
Other than that it WAS either food poisoning or the stomach flu. I went to bed at 11 and woke up every 40 minutes or so to spend 20 in the bathroom with both ends going. I've lost 4 pounds. I knew I was screwed whenI was so cold I was shaking last night even with socks on and under three covers with the heat up.
I haven't been able to stay awake for longer than 2 hours at a stretch. I might be going to urgent care rather than work tomorrow. Diabetes does not respond well to not being able to eat.
Thank god for my diabetic shakes. I can keep most of that down. Even broth was coming back up. This just sucks.
