A habit I need to break

scrolling up and down my FB feed (and twitter and hell most of my social media) It's interfering with my writing and then things like today happen. Someone posted a picture meme with quotes from two people talking about how what's good for society is more important than the individual. The two people? Adolph Hitler and Hilary Clinton. Now I don't like her at all but that was WAY too many steps too far. (Yes, that person is now banned but the irritation will last much longer).

I finished my syllabi and other work related stuff but one class is still not where I wanted it to be. I'll have to work on it on the fly. I could kick myself for this.

I hurt my bad shoulder somehow. It was fine but at the end of the morning exercise, I couldn't do something I've done without problems for weeks now. It's not the joint. It's under the stitches and it is swollen. It pinches badly when i try to reach across my body and I'm having to help it across with my other hand. Sigh. I see the surgeon tomorrow so we'll see.

Colored my hair, fixed up my hat more and I packed up everything but the clothes. So not ready for all of this (I'll take a picture of the hat when I get there).

I saw Guardians of the Galaxy finally. (first movie of the year. The previews sucked except for the last Hobbit and something called Big Hero 6) Call me a fan. I had a lot of fun with it. Mom loved Groot
