It cooled off! Huzzah.

It went into the 50s last night and only in the low 70s all day. It was lovely.

I made the error of going into Michael's today. More beads. Why do I keep buying beads? these are lovely. I know what I want to do with all of these (they were on sale 40% off) Beautiful carved roses and three bracelet plates with fun sayings. I really need to do beading when I get back to OH.

Mom and I went to the casino, played the entire night on my original 20$ and came home 40$ up. Huzzah. Also the buffet was tasty.



There was a tweet your pitch and an agent might contact you between 9-5 today. I tweeted one for SPlinters but No one liked me. SIgh. I know there were probably thousands of tweets and how good could a pitch line be in 140 characters but it still feels like there is no interest in my non m/m stuff. But at least I tried and that's the important thing.

I need to get the first 50 pages of SPlinters (YA urban fantasy) into shape and try the agents again. that is my promise to myself. Before this year is out I WILL do this. If anyone wants to read the first 50 just ask.

I've been doing research for my Cassadaga story and I'm annoyed that DeLand FL wasn't this interesting when I lived next door!
