Tonight was awards night at the school.I was there are a former winner and a friend won tonight so that was nice. And unlike the half assed way mine was handled, we were back to having a real reception with wine and dinner. It was nice.
And since AO3 was nominated for a Hugo I'm counting that as me being nominated for a Hugo. Okay, no not really but I AM part of something that is and that is super super cool. It might be as close as I'll ever get.
It might help off set the depression. I've been sleeping much more than normal and that general means the depression levels are high.
Kanda is PISSED with me. He hasn't sat with me since I came back from Cincinnati. Be that way tubs.
I finished the flash fic for the contest. Only 300 words. Mine's 394. Gah. Let's see if I can whack it out and still tell a story worth reading.
So far camp nano has gone badly.
