Made it thru

Oyxcontin makes me sick. Usually zofram helps. It didn't this time. I get motion sick and it was a LONG ride across a sky walk to the operating theater. I was SO SICK. Anesthesia makes me sick. CLindamycin (antibiotic) makes me sick. All of it together I AM SOOOOO SICK. There wasn't enough zofram, alcohol swabs (which works as well as zofram for anti-nausea in a blind study) and some marijuana based anti nausea drug to make me feel better


They took off the fixator and then hell started. MRI came for me once I was back in my room. I had to make that long trip to the hospital side again. they took off my brace, the only thing keeping my knee stable, wrapped it in a camera and I whimpered in pain for 30 minutes in the MRI. Hopefully though tomorrow I'll know all of what is torn so we can have a plan to fix me but it sounds like I'll b e in a nursing home for weeks yet.

My IV failed. I'm waiting for another one to be placed to get more Clindamycin. No I don't know how they fixed the holes in my leg. I'll ask tomorrow.

Going now because seriously BARF and PAIN are all I know right now.
