You can tell it's the end of the semester

I'm grading until the wee hours and I have students emailing me about 'what can I do about my grade?' Um today was the last class. NOTHING. You didn't get a crap about this grade for 14 weeks. Week 15 is too late to worry now.

I tried oat milk egg nog based on a rec from someone. a) CHobani's is nearly tasteless b) it's watery with a weird mouth feel c) made me sick.

The Popsugar reading challenge is out and it sucks. It seems like a time to maybe skip it.


What I Just Finished Reading: The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix which I didn't love. I really wanted to but I was not impressed

Storm Shift by Calinda B. this one had the lead character talking how WET the cute bounty hunter made her while pointing a gun at her face. Um....



What I am Currently Reading: catching up on fanfic and trying to finish the last two books for this year's popsguar, Jade City and There WilL Come a Darkness. They're so big. So far not catching my attention and I have a horror Such a Pretty Smile as an arc to read.


What I Plan to Read Next given the size of my remaining books I'll still be reading them in Jan.
