Odd thing to be grateful for

but my medical needs have me up and down all night peeing. I was up at 4 and then at 7. At 7 I saw we had lost power. there went the alarm clock and I forgot the phone and it wasn't charged. At least I had awoken in time so not to be late to work. the power was off all day. At least I was at work because today was cold. It's in the freaking 20s right now and expected to be almost 90 by friday. Why?

The knee is being troublesome today. It keeps sliding out of place, once at a meeting so badly you could see thru the pants the thing was in the wrong position judging by how wide a coworker's eyes got. Just ignore me while I manipulate this back into position

Had a very overdue but important meeting at work. I can't talk about it but it was both good and frustrating.
