International Women's Day
Mar. 8th, 2024 11:54 pmI got to go out with friends and saw a post from another friend talking about living in China once upon a time where they had the day off and were given gifts. It got me thinking, does your country do anything special for it? Your place of employment? Mine does not.
Also it's spring break and I feel like crap so we'll see if I go home.
I can't say my book under the Jana Denardo pen name These Haunted Hills has a ton of reviews yet but the one on Amazon is glowing and I am so grateful (though they think Josh is teaching at the University of Dublin...no but hey you can't have everything).

1. What's a skill you'd like to learn? spinning pots and silver smithing
2. What's a hobby you'd like to try? crochet but I'm awful. I've tried it
3. What's the best compliment you've ever received? That review is pretty close. But recently several students have told me I changed their lives and they were grateful and a co-worker has credited me for saving his life for threatening to cart him to the ER myself if he didn't go willing (He required a five vessel bypass as it turned out)
4. What's one way in which you are awesome? My ability to keep getting up every time I fall down
5. What's a gift you would like to receive (in case anyone asks)? Buy my book above and enjoy it. (also books, tea and glittery D&D dice are always welcome)
