I am going to stick with the music

because I've lain awake two nights in a row with Project 2025 whirling through my head and today's supreme court decision is going to make it worse (and I couldn't say it better than Stephen King and Justice Sotomeyer)

The anxiety and depression are so bad my go-to fixes to pull myself out of the spiral are not working.
