but my blood sugar was very high so I stayed home and wrote.

1) Who are you appreciating in your life right now? - Mom

2) What's something you've done this year that other people appreciated? I sure hope my fellow faculty members who are taking over my classes appreciate I did literally everything for them and all they have to do is flip the switches on.

3) What's a good way to show gratitude? A thank you goes a long way with me. Small acts of kindness too.

4) Do you write thank you notes? Yes, I'm older so maybe it was a thing for me that it isn't with my millennial cousins (you could at least tell me you got the damn thing)

5) What can you use help with these days? Mental health
