It's the 4 year anniversary

Four years ago I fell in my living room and altered the course of the rest of my life. I have spent every week since August in a clinic 2-3 days of that week, mostly as a result of this. This is as bad as it's been since the accident. The knee is degenerating but we knew that would happen. they told me that day 1.

I also know now that I will need to have more blood vessel surgery to keep this leg. The stent in the back of my knee will fail. The nerve is also having issues.

I am also very proud of how well I recovered. I'm back to hiking. I stand and walk every day. I dance. And I owe a lot to all of you for your support these last 4 years so thank you.
