You can find what I've been up to and my thoughts on editing here I'll add that yes there is such a thing as genre standards but if we never stretch them a little what interest will they hold over time?

Villain point of view Unsurprisingly I'm not in total agreement with mythcreants on this. THere are many books where it's needed and frankly a sympathetic villain can make them more interesting and well rounded at least to me. (Imagine Star Wars without Vadar's pov)
