I got SO lucky

That ice storm died about 5 minutes after I posted about it and then it snowed a tiny bit and almost 12 hours later that's all we have. But all that rain is now about 2 inches of frozen puddle. Even if I wanted to, I'm going nowhere. It's sunny right now but that cold front is coming in so crosses fingers no trees fall on the lines (right now it's not windy so hopefully my luck holds). I have power and I have things to do and eat so I'm good.

Yeah I kept adding more fills to my list as the numbers kept rolling in. That said, since the archive went live we've had almost 20 more fanworks added to AO3 so people are still adding gifts. Extra treats are fun, even if they're late and no one let me know they were in the works...

Yeah I didn't want to complain or anything, so I just sort of kept quiet until the Needy List needed attention and I had to start posting it everywhere. But it was only her from November to late December, then it was only me from then on minus the week the other girl helped wrangle tags (that was a huge help). If I do it again next year, I am posting proper sign up and volunteer posts ahead of time and recruiting proper help before the round starts. I think half the chaos was just being late and having no notes or spreadsheets when I took over. Had I handled it from the start it would have been a lot easier to create those and track things than it was mid-round. Oh well, we got there in the end and she truly has some shit going on.

That is cool. My one thing I didn't mention happened when I forgot it was on the hard drive and I thought I had finished. Um....

Yikes. Yeah that's not good. Honestly from the get go with how late it was I wondered if she had too much on her plate to even do it. Organization would be key for something like this.
