This evening didn't need to be

I was going to do a third writerly ways but then the afternoon and evening tanked. I was emailed by two students, one swears she did the homework but there's no record of it and another said the test timed her out and gave her a zero. I looked, it didn't but it DID record her grade at HALF of what it should be.

I fucking hate online teaching. So now I have to rely on IT for help and I'm going to have to go thru EVERY exam, that's 70 people times three exams to make sure they're recording right when I look at them because that's what I need before turning in grades next week.

I get home, pay bills and I find a FOUR HUNDRED dollar charge on my Direct bill for their football package. 'Are you sure ma'am that someone in your house doesn't love football and ordered it?" I dunno let me check with my fucking cat. Maybe he did. I live alone, hard to believe I KNOW. An hour of my life gone.

So no writerly ways, just me bitching. Sorry.

ANd then a stink bug flew into my hair and I couldn't get it out. Sobs.

Also no books this month because I'm a full month behind on reviews.

But hey, let me plug allbingo (DW only I believe), the October bingo prompts are SO much fun. I saw all the love for my card today.

I've been so distracted that I forgot to say to my friends who celebrate, I hope you had a nice Rosh Hashanah.

About that bill: OMG is it really possible to pay so much for TV (which I suppose this is)? I must live under a rock or so. Although I hope you're not mad at me for not being able to keep a hearty laugh back at this:

The bill was hysterical. Yes it's for my satellite tv. Don't worry I was laughing too until it took an hour of my life to fix (this should have taken 5 minutes)
