Plans are changing

cornerofmadnessI planned to go to the write in tomorrow but it's supposed to snow and be like 18 degrees. So that's a 100 mile round trip. I think I'll skip it. Ah well. I was looking forward to it.
Also there is something else bugging me. This is strange pain. It started monday and has gotten progressively worse. It's on the medial aspect of my calcaneus but where it hurts (right where the heel pad begins) there isn't MUCH there. It's posterior to the sustenaculum tali but anterior to the calcaneal tendon insertion. I suspect it's either the shoes breaking down and cause inflammation of the tissues. me kicking the foot board in one of my nightmares or my jumping around trying to get fit has resulted in a stress fracture. Either way, even a sheet on it causes enough pain to wake me up. Body, your warranty has expired. I need to trade you in.
So Ms. Broke foot needs not to be driving all over creation. It's feeling marginally better tonight but not by much. Might get it x-rayed tomorrow.
We had two job interviews today. Both were good. This won't be easy. Three more on Friday.
FINALLY got thru the second episode of Batwoman. I'm already bored with the Alice story line which disappoints me. I want to love this but so far I'm not warming up to it
