Like all choseny I also enjoy the Imposter Syndrome articles. I've been comparing myself to other writers whenever they get more kudos/comments and everyone in Discord/Tumblr praising them and excited whenever they posted new work. Meanwhile I have to work hard to promote myself with mixed results. I then remind myself on occasion I do get some good comments on my works, and even if just one person enjoyed it that should be good enough to me.
And to your question, yes I'm cool with reading ridiculous premises if the characters are engaging!
