They need three crowns. Whee. I knew about two of them of course, the last two broken molars. But the pain I was having before I broke a tooth on the other side was just what I thought it was, another cracked molar that already has so much filling in it that it's not worth trying to patch. Sigh. Naturally the insurance only pays for one a year so I'm trying to sneak on in this year and then again after the insurance reset in Jan.

I have to say this dentist does something i've never seen but it's a good idea. They do vitals on you because people are SO afraid of dentists that they can get into stroke range BP wise. Not me but I can get that. It's smart.

They also implanted some probiotics under my gums. I need to read up on that. I'm not sure how it works or if it works but it's worth it because I'm having issues with gum health (between the diabetes and now the inhaled steroids)

Other than that, all I've done is work hard on my big bang edits.

And then I managed to get something stuck in the kitchen sink drain and it fit flush. I couldnt get it out until i got the box cutter out. It was narrow enough and I didn't even cut myself.

Also why the hell is it 80 today?
