I think my attempts to break the adhesions in the knee have resulted in a) inflammation b) more pain than I've been in for a month c) aggravated the nerves because my foot has gone numb. I just wish I could keep getting better and stop this two steps forward twenty steps back thing. It's started up the crying jags again.


Also I'm curious, LJ users have any of you ever seen this 'best comment' thing (see here. ) I haven't. How disappointing that it got stuck on me saying 'thanks' instead of something witty.

That sounds super painful! It sucks that your healing can't be a nice linear progression. I hope that this is just a minor blip.

I've never heard of that 'best' thing.

It's horribly painful and the mid-shin swelling is disturbing. Sigh
