Back at the parents place

Mom and I cut down a ton of trees and crap out of the garden such as we could get to them. Luckily also that my internet chose today to crap out and NOT last night.

We hauled out all the old food from the pantry, considered it and what lead to having to throw out so much shit (besides my food hoarding tendencies) and decided because a) you have to sit on a chair to get into this stupid cabinet b) it's deep that it's hard to use it effeciently. Going to look into those roller shelves you can put in there and that might help.

Mom needed to borrow one of my shirts so I gave her my tie-dye Mothman shirt which is like a dress on her and we head to Bob Evans for a late breakfast and get on the road. Naturally I see students there...


The drive home was good and I came home to my gift fic from the Prodigal Son Trash server so I am going to go read that. Ah Malcolm getting pegged by Dani. What more could I want?

Those roller shelves were a game-changer for me with my lowest pantry cupboard shelf. It means not throwing forgotten stuff out and makes baking, etc, so much easier. I got mine at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, if that helps at all.

Roller shelves are the best thing ever! I'd also like to replace some of my cabinets with deep drawers. (One can always dream.)

yeah that's the thing mom suggested putting the food up top and the storage bowls etc down below but the ones up top are shallow
