cornerofmadnessToday in PT he had me walking an obstacle course and the first thing I thought of was am I in a dog agility course. Funny thing I'm not the first person to say that.
I am having a bad day really though. I wasn't asleep more than an hour when my knee woke me up being very painful and on the lateral side instead of the medial which has been the usual bugbear. The calf is also cramping. Fun times
I'm in the panic because I'm not ready for the fall mode too. Whee.
I did get the gift of tea from a friend so there's that. THat's nice, a vanilla matcha that she didn't like and didn't want to waste.
