cornerofmadnessI drive back home by myself. In two weeks classes start. Hoo boy I'm not ready by a long shot. It is going to be one heck of a time.
The hardest part is making those life style changes I need to make. Finding a gym and sticking to it because my PT runs out in a week too. Cleaning the house enough that I'm no longer afraid of falling. That will mean tossing stuff and I think I'm now okay with that.
That almost means knick knacks and stuff friends and family have gotten me are likely moving on to Goodwill too. That's the way it needs to be.
I am not looking forward to this semester, to the battle that it will become because I can see it on the horizon. I just hope I'm not 100% online again. Then again I'm also relieved to not having to hear relatives complaining about masks (they're all vaccinated at least) and trying to explain it's not Biden's fault that the EU is ready to ban Americans because too few are vaccinated. And have you seen some fools spending hundreds of dollars to get a fake vaccination card? There are countries begging for vaccines and this is how you use your priviledge?
Today I had a little scare. About 6 turkey buzzards were in the yard. I thought one of our fawns got hit by a car. It was an opposum.
On the other hand, I have gotten a lot stronger in PT and I am proud of myself for that. And I want to thank all of you for your support because you have been great and it is appreciated.

fandomgiftbox as there hasn't been an update in weeks. The stories weren't supposed to open until Sept but they should have been doing the empty/low box thing by now. Ah well. If it doesn't open on time and/or get updated I guess I'll pull those three stories and just reupload them to AO3 as gifts to those people anyhow.
