bad day but at least I read
Sep. 15th, 2021 09:25 pmThis new online learning system wants me to lose my mind. Kudos, Canvas you're winning.
The cat stood on my head while I talked to the parents tonight. Um dude....
My cousin's husband lost his older sister today. I figured it would happen because of the things that preceded it but still quite sad.
It's been SO LONG since I've finished a book but finally...
The last book I read
Not a Whisper a freebie mystery that wasn't bad. The Angels of the Crows this is the Holmesian wing fic novel and it was just delightful. I hope there's more of this.
What I'm Reading Now an ARC about poisons whose title i can't remember and it's excellent. An Unnatural Death by Dorothy L Sayers, a Lord Whimsey novel but eh it's not bad. What surprised me is the talk of White Slavery...in 1927 I don't know why but I thought that idea was much more modern. A Certain Dark Thing, Mexican vampire horror and I'm just starting but I'm hooked.
What I'm Reading Next Probably something for a challenge also Pahua and the Soul Stealer ARC I have
