Everything happens at once

I have fan edits, pro edits and two exams all colliding this weekend along with a concert. I also have to deal with what happened at the library, i.e. all four books coming at once. Whee?

It was 68 degrees today. Gonna be 30 tomorrow. Bet my body will love this.

Someone put the Ice Cube chocolates in my chocolate haul. I have always loved those.

ELD sent me a coloring book of 20th century foxes and I need to see what celebs I can color (I couldn't see it. I am now so near sighted I can't even see pictures clearly. sigh.

I hate when all my library books come in at once! I had three, and then one more came in before I'd even finished one of those, so I had four out at one time! I have been able to read/return two of them, which is a load off my mind. And thankfully most of them were old enough that there is the option of renewing more than once, if necessary. Though I don't think it will be. *fingers crossed*

We have had some very nice days, too! Yesterday it hit 50, which was the highest. Today's high was 44 early this morning, and since then it's been going down quickly. There's a lot of water on the property from snowmelt and rain, which sucks, but I'm still happy for warmer temps.

It will even be back into the 40s next week! It's so funny how in the summer 40 is cold and in the winter 40 is warm, lol!

I hear you and today they had tempting blind book dates for Valentine's but I couldn't do it because I have so many now. Pouts. Here's the thing I can be a jackass if I want. They no longer have fines at my library. There is literally nothing stopping me from keeping them til I'm done. I DO need to call them on monday because one of them is stained pee-yellow for like the first 50 pages and I want them to know that wasn't me.

Yeah 68 yesterday 34 today, thanks mother nature
