Sometimes you wonder are actors ever embarrassed by some of their movie roles? I get having to do things to keep employed but man...did it look better on paper? Did you know it was a piece of crap but you need to make your mortage? Can you tell I'm watching a grade Z movie? (Bats, because Lou Diamond Phillips is in it. Worse. I've seen this piece of drek before but I decided to record everything Direct has Lou in this year...or so I thought there are at least three that sound so bad I can't even)

What I Just Finished Reading: Wake the Bones by Elizabeth Kilcoyne this was going good but it's a bit odd. It was a strange southern gothic horror

Where Dreams Descend by Janella Angeles I liked it but man there were issues. I do want book two.

What I am Currently Reading: Moriarty the Patriot, Vol. 1
(憂国のモリアーティ / Yūkoku no Moriarty #1) by Ryōsuke Takeuchi, Likely to Die by Linda Fairstein (I used to love this series but man I forgot most of it was written like 25 years ago and boy does it show) and The Mystery of Albert E. Finch by Callie Hutton, talk about total disappointments. This author has tons of books, this had a 4 star rating and it was set in Bath England, my current obsession so I bought this one. It is one of the worst things I've read in a long time. She must have so many books because she's churning them out at the speed of light with no editing.

What I Plan to Read Next: The Unbroken by C.L. Clark that I mentioned last week was returned unread. With everything going on I decided that a nearly 500 page book about angry black lesbian warriors and hostile invaders was not the thing I wanted to read right now. I've got Together We Burn on Deck and I wanted to read Mister Impossible but my copy is not where I left it. I'm like did my apartment eat it?
