17th: 1117 words on the same fic as yesterday, and I'm onto the last scene now (maybe 500 words to go?). I also tweaked (from beta comments) and posted a ficlet this morning. :-)

ETA: 18th: 225 words and some editing. I stayed up late last night finishing the fic draft, and this morning I sent it to beta.

Day 12: wrote about 500, which are the first words I actually put down on paper this year. I am hoping that rather than an anomaly, it's a slow-starting engine to get back to writing regularly...

Today was All the Adulting (*sighs*), but I did start something that may or may not become a story, etc., and that was about 125 words. The new laptop came today, but I haven’t even had time to unpack it yet. Hope you had fun at the festival!

Sep 17: Beta comments came back, hurrah! So I dug in on editing, and got through the first three chapters, something like 25K of story.
