Why Sears Sucks
Oct. 1st, 2005 02:29 pmOddly enough this time it has nothing at all to do with my washer/dryer. No, this time it's their credit card again. I think I mentioned the problems with paying it in the store and the fact that they never get the statement to me in time to pay by mail. Well on Monday I was told to set up my online payment and the service rep told me I'd be good to go before my payment was due even though it takes 6 days to set it up(because I could have run to Gallipolis and paid on monday to a store that didn't hate me). It's due today, six days after I set up the online account. It says it's STILL not up.
I call Sears. I tell them. It's their fault. They say pay by phone. It'll cost you 10$ but you'll be on time. I said I wouldn't have HAD to owe 10$ if your rep hadn't lied to me which is all your reps seem to do.
Seriously thinking of refinancing the car, paying this morons off and sending them their card in tiny pieces and telling them to choke.
