Writerly Ways
Jan. 1st, 2023 08:03 pmI have been contending with sick parents for a while so I have no big writing thoughts so let me leave you with this, a few communities to help with writing.
1. Write Every Day. We're a low pressure writing community that has no permanent home. All you do is check in daily IF you've written. If you haven't c'est la vie, no one is coming for you. It's just that having a writing buddy(ies) can motivate you. This month it's in
trobadora's journal
2. You can still sign up for a few more hours at
inkingitout It's a weekly word count accountability site. You do have to set a min. word count of 75K but again no penalty if you don't make it.
3. You also have a few more days to sign up for
getyourwordsout This is a monthly accountability site and they are pretty much sticklers for that sign up but again if you don't make your goal (either word count or like me, habit count, how many days you work it) and they offer all sorts of things, links, prompts, encouragement, chronic illness author posts and more.
I belong to all three and find benefit in them all. Feel free to share ones you use if you have them.
