Personal Traditions - Angel & Connor post- NFA
Connor had never seen his father drunk before so it was quite a sight to see Angel swaying beerily to and fro making his way to the bar. “Spike said you’d be in the closest Irish bar getting shit-faced, something about tradition and damned if you aren’t? Wanna tell me about it?”
Angel signaled for another Guinness and didn’t start his tale until he and Connor were served. “It’s a wake...today’s the day I met your mom and she killed me.”
“Drinking sounds like a plan.”
“Finally, we agree on something.”
Father and son slugged back beer in unison.
