OMG, WHAT do these student loan people WANT?
A. the loan I was sued by was only a 'state' judgement. Now i have to do a federal one because apparently, the 'i can't pay you 900$/month' means nothing to these idiots. But I have THREE different people calling me from three different agencies WHO am I supposed to talk to

B. the other student loan informs me I can't file for economic hardship DEFERMENT. It has to be FOREBEARANCE. I started ranting at them because I sat on the phone and filled out the paperwork with THEIR help. Excuse me? If it was the WRONG paperwork why did no one say so? How fucking stupid are you?

C. still can't find any kind of legal help to help guide me through this.

Yeah, they make more creative kinds of deals. Just be careful to read the fine print and don't get yourself decapitated. (I always thought Lilah's fate was particularly gruesome...being undead with a detachable head. Yikes.)

I'm really sorry you have to go through this crap. I've had insomnia before over financial problems, this kind of stuff is so stressful. Good luck working something out.

thanks. The support is plenty enough. Believe me, this has been ongoing (this is what happens when you go to medical school then get too injured to practice medicine...) Sleepless nights, antidepressants been there many times

No worse than the idiots that call me for my car pmt. I told the one lady they would recieve the payment by the 7th, reason why it was late, work changed paydays. etc. I recieved at least 10 calls aday from them - which I ignore, finally I answere & tell the guy read the notes from two days ago, he says as he's tryping - customer refuses to make arragements- what that is not what I said - finally I just Hang up. Tonight they called me at 10:15 pm - totally ileagal in TX to call after 9pm, when I told them they are breaking TX law, well I just pass this on to my manager - Like harrasing me is gunna make me pay them any faster LOL

I am so sorry that you have to deal with this crap. If I ever win the powerball, I plan to become a debt erasing fairy godmother. Few, if any, philanthropists focus on it, and I feel it's time someone did. If I could poof away the problem and all the accompanying stress, believe me I would.
