tonight's dinner crab legs and a salad. had it two weeks ago with the injectible byetta, the sugar was 258 for that night, tonight it was 152, after just two days worth of manipulating the qi. Coincidence, prehaps but it's improving my state of mind and that's only going to improve my sugar control.

on the downside, it's really hurting the crap out of that stupid cyst. No problem, i'll call the hand surgeon and make him shove a needle in there to drain it again

That's great about your sugar levels! My mom is on Byetta and loves it, but I know her doctor told her that it doesn't work for everyone. Hopefully you've now found something that will work best for you. The cyst difficulty aside, of course. *crosses fingers*

i'm glad it's working for your mom. I knew it might not work but it made me worse...a lot worse and that's something i need to discuss with the doc in two weeks.
