cornerofmadnesstonight's dinner crab legs and a salad. had it two weeks ago with the injectible byetta, the sugar was 258 for that night, tonight it was 152, after just two days worth of manipulating the qi. Coincidence, prehaps but it's improving my state of mind and that's only going to improve my sugar control.
on the downside, it's really hurting the crap out of that stupid cyst. No problem, i'll call the hand surgeon and make him shove a needle in there to drain it again

ETA - messing with the mind, I'm listening to America's Most Wanted and learn Jack O'Neil is wanted for pedophila and the first very inappropriate thought is, better go for those stargates
