I heard about it while I was work. At lunch I went home and turned on Fox News. At the time they were saying one person killed and 17 wounded. Then the police cheif held his first press conference and said 20 were dead. I actually heard a gasp from the press room.
Right now it just feels surreal, as if the people around here are waiting for someone to come out and say that it was all a broadcasting mistake and never really happened.
I heard about that actually. My friend who just returned back home from Japan, lives in Virginia. I don't really have much to say on the topic other than I wish it never happened.
