another semester done and another electronic killed

Finals are next week and today was the last day of classes. The projector died on me today. Only to revive itself when i left the room. Grr.

Spent some time talking to the other prof's of bio 101 trying to find ways to nip and tuck this class into something better. Things that I plan to do next time (which of course result in more work for me) a) no missing lab. Lab's will have points. you miss them at your peril. b) in anatomy there'll be short reports on topical subjects. Anything to boost these guys.


Had weird dreams again last night (par for the course when it comes to PMS time). Of the ones I can remember, I inherited grandma's house (mom mentioned selling it to me if I ever get a job back in PA...and providing grandma passes away which she's healthier than me and she's 92.) and the handhewn 150+ year old basement (where my stuff just so happens to be stored) was filled with dead skinned dogs. (thank you brain)

The second dream I was with evil_little_dog and I was proudly showing off my pet moles (??? WTF brain) They were lovely moles with exotic coloring. I put it in its whirly ball to show it off and the ball freaked out and sliced the mole's chest open. ARGH. What is the point of even sleeping?

Tomorrow I'm doing something fun (it'll probably storm and I don't give a rat's butt). I'm going to the Adena Mansion's heritage plant sale. Heritage plants are passed down for generations and need to be at least 50 years as a cultivar to count. I want funky tomatoes and other stuff. (I technically want perinneals but where will I plant them?) Betting some of my flist is jealous now.

I had weird dreams last night too. In one of them I was stuck with a horrible roommate who kept insisting on not shutting the door and allowing Lupin (my cat) to get out. Lupin is strictly an indoor cat and he actually did go missing once for three days, so I'm terrified of losing him.

I know I had some other weird dreams but I can't remember them now.

i know. I've always been like this. I can't wear watches either. My mom's dad and her brother and sister were like this too. All four of us are very good on slot machines. Mom doesn't have this ability (she can't win at slots either)
