I only managed to get a third of the garden weeded. I filled a tall kitchen garbage bag to the point of being unable to tie it off. I found a pepper plant I had forgotten.

Met a new neighbor today. She has a corgi....i thought we weren't allowed pets. Now two neighbors have dogs. My problem with petitioning to bring in Roy is I leave for weeks at a time. I have nowhere he can go. My best bet probably is to carry on since he's been hanging in like this for at least a year before i arrived. Poor Roy

Hm...could you get a pet sitter? Or ask one of the neighbors to look in on him?

i'm gone too long for that to be affordable. All the neighbors look after him now. He eats everywhere and prefers the neighbor across the courtyard's porch to mine for sleeping

Ah, okay. Well, maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to get him cleaned up and neutered at least.

Been there done that with the garden. It's been a rough year with the weird weather. And poor little Roy. He seems to be living up to his namesake while charming the neighbors though.

Roy now has two puppy friends. He's doing pretty good. He actually likes the one puppy.

That garden though...kill me now!
