Why does the raccoon wait until the tomato is fully ripe before eating it. I now have 3 half eaten tomatos on the vine. Does he not understand I have no qualms about shooting him? I just hope it is a coon and not my neighbor's corgi. Now i have to pick these tomatoes half ripe and let them finish in the dark in here.

WHY is communication a problem?

I don't get this? 1996 while waiting for my state licensure to come through once i finally got a job working for another doctor I spent time working at Waldenbooks. We would get fed right into our cash registers Oprah's book picks of the week because people would come ask for them. You're honestly telling me that we can't do this with grocery stores carrying potentially lethal canned goods? You have a list of everyone you ship to. CALL THEM. EMAIL THEM. It's been well over a week since date of discovery. It's been on the news everywhere. I don't get how they don't know.

ETA- I also don't understand why i succumbed to the college's urging to get 'facebook' (they want cool hip prof's I guess). If you want to see it, it's D.M. Evans and no there's absolutely nothing there yet. i'll have to move it from placeholder to more active but i don't know what all will ever be there. I suspect it'll remain bland because people from work WILL be looking at it.

ETA 2 - I'm still not sure why this is necessary. Messing with 40 year old mythos is never too smart. The only thing keeping me from ripping my hair out over a 'new' Spock is the fact Nimoy is playing the older Spock. Maybe this will end well but i'm not holding my breath. Some things are better off left alone... at least Sylar looks like he could have been a young Spock.

I succumbed to Facebook two years ago because I needed to find contact information for my lab partners. Now I only poke at it when it's late and I'm bored.

It's really pretty useless, all things considering.

yeah when my secretary was showing me this thing (see, they really are serious about it) I noticed it was useless. I also wasn't thrilled with having my real name out there so i settled for intials...

Shooting your neighbour's corgi would be bad

We dont have racoons, so I always think of them as being quite cute, are they really just like big rats though?

they're big rats and very smart. They can undo latches and get into your garbage and/or your house. They also carry a worm parasite that likes to live in human eyes and brains

UGh, my friends just now got me into Facebook. It's the only way to communicate with my friends in different countries once they left college.

And don't kill the corgi by accident, they're CUTE!

the Corgi is cute. If it's in the garden it's less cute.
