What the ???
Aug. 12th, 2007 01:35 amEver get that WTF moment? Got to ask
m3sektet did you get some ungodly long file under the name of 'Melt into the wind' when i sent you Yukio's story. I'm sure you would have mentioned this...but maybe you thought i had lost my mind or something!
I had two copies one in the fanfic folder (which is the one I suspect I sent to
m3sektet since it was normal) and one in the original fic folder (where is belongs) well I was too icky to really write today so i decided to clean up the folders, do some novel word counts, try to figure out what needed work and where and I opened Yukio's story and ran the word count. It was...staggering. I look and see 130 pages. I'm like I'm pretty sure I never made it over 50K with this.
Somehow it opens with Yukio's story, then has 54 pages of Red Skies buried in it, the another three chapters of Yukio's story, then THREE FMA stories, a Connor drabble and a huge hunk of Cold Iron and Silver....I have NO clue how these files got merged. The best I can think of was maybe i moved this off my pen drive...maybe I had them all on my pen drive to print off at work and put it in one file for printing purposes...only these are stories written at vastly different times and I would never be so bold as to try and steal 100+ pages of printing at work.
honestly WTH?
