but they oozed out of my head when the migraine hit. So to further torture myself i decide this is the time to change my mood theme (so far I'm failing). It was going to be key writing time since all the people I IM all night are gone all weekend. So migraine hits and I've got jack done. Ah well.

oh hey finally with much hand holding by m3sektet I've managed to get up her Roy Mustang mood theme. Go look at the pretty pretty man.

I am ALMOST caught up wiht my fanfic reading. So if you posted something you were dying for me to read and I haven't commented on it, toss me a link (fanfic only guys, I'm still working on the original fic!)

I went to the apple festival such as it is. This is where generic carnival games and food booths come to die. Though this year it gave me an idea for my Connor/Dawn smut challenge that I'll never complete. Need to go look for the right prompt. Bought an apple fritter and candied pecans.

Oh and dear Wal Mart cashier, really do learn some basics. I was using self check out (because I got there at 5pm on a friday and that's sheer hell with lines from here to kingdom come) and the stupid thing wouldn't take my coupons so the monitor of these things comes over, looks at my coupon, gets a puzzled look and rather hostilely asks me 'what is this?' I had to fight to not say well the name AND picture are right on the coupon so you tell me.

i've almost kicked my revised word count -

The self checkout aisles at our walmart all have the same message taped to them 'This checkout will no longer accept coupons, thank you.' Which I find quite funny for some odd reason. Maybe because there isn't a smaller message written in Spanish...

And we're both Hawkeye Pierce! Is is wrong that I hate the movie but love the TV series? I watch it whenever it's on....

to be honest, I feel the same way. I never liked the movie but i did love the series...well up until they started letting Alda behind the camera

Yeah, when Alda got behind the camera, it got really annoying. Especially that 'dream' episode. I still like the early seasons with Frank Burns. At least he was a fun hate, Winchester just rubbed me the wrong way.
