Dear Capitol One
I knew that you being the ONLY credit card who didn't have a confirmation number when i pay you on line was going to bit me in the ass. I even emailed a complaint about that months ago. Sure enough last month I paid you off. This month I get a bill from you saying i never paid. I, of course, have NO proof that I thought it went through because you have no confirmation number you bastards. Oh and if you want to know where the head of your customer service man is, look inside my stomach. I bit it off, tasted like curry. I don't need someone who keeps apologizing. I need someone to tell me how you managed to fuck up an online payment.
and now, picspam because i need to be happy.

Date: 2007-09-29 02:45 pm (UTC)It's weird how when you buy something, you start to see them everywhere - not that more people have them, just that they stand out more. The same thing happened when we got our Roadtrek. As rare as they are, I started seeing them everywhere.
