But this day has been so crappy I'm SO glad I didn't drive to Columbus. I put away the pots from last night and got one for cooking lunch, only to see I had knocked over the bottle of Fantasik cleaner last night under the sink and it leaked all over EVERYTHING. Sigh.

Then I open the door to see if anyone wants bacon scraps. ROy is out there screaming. COVERED in mud. If I didn't know his meow and that silly parti-colored nose I wouldn't be able to tell it was him. I take everything out of the bathroom and then scoop him up and plop him in the tub. Can you say Roy didn't enjoy his first bath? He was decent enough about it, struggling but without claws and he didn't cry but it took FOREVER to get the mud off him. There's mud and hair splashed to the four winds in there and my tub looks like I tried to mix mortar in it.

I have a few 'after' pictures of Roy. He's still on my ottaman drying himself. And I like how he decided he just HAD to sit there with my legs. There was blood all over the towel too and I was thinking I hadn't been tagged. Well I had just one little hole but there were ruts cuts into his head and his ear is tattered. Now I know how he ended up in a mud hole. So we're both bleeding all over.

While he was drying, I decided to use my brand new coffee maker...and while it makes a nice cup of joe, it has the smallest water hole in it I've ever seen and naturally I made a mess.

bah. And now I have a migraine
