semi-bad: If I'm reading the legalese right, my monthly loan repayments will be 500$ but it says 'no less than' does that mean it can be more? I need to call and ask them that, ask about what happens if I change jobs and get a car?

But still, if it's 500$/month I can live with that. It's less than half of what they originally wanted and far more in line with what it SHOULD be

really bad: the school extended the contract between the colleges as is (some of the older faculty were damn near in tears) and hire a mediator. So that means another year in limbo and some of the students are jumping ship and who the hell can blame them. This blows

Ouch. You know things are bad when they break out the $$$$ for a mediator. It seems like job situations are bad for just about everyone I know be it online or in person.
