the capitol area humane society is willing to take mom and kittens (for 40$) Pray that when i get them to Columbus they don't say HEY you're not in our county, go away.

Ling has become adorable and brave. There isn't a flower pot he doesn't want to curl up in. Al is the most cowardly. Ling saw Tinkerbell (the neighbor's baby beagle) come up on the porch and sat between my legs trying to bat her.

Mom wants me to keep Ling and send Roy packing because he's a brat. I said he's not so bad. Half hour later. BOOM. He's in the garbage since for the first time since I've had him inside I had ice cream (I rarely eat it but Haagen-das' 'reserve' line that's ridiculously expensive called my name) he's in there licking the ice cream off the plastic safety cover.

Wish my plants luck too. In my desperation to get heirloom tomatoes, I got 6 cherry heirlooms on ebay. they can today, mostly dead. But it's raining buckets so let's hope they puff up and rehydrate. Right now they're in the pots (with Ling). I'll try to get them into the ground saturday.

I do NOT need two more kittens in here. Roy's enough. Mom was saying keep one then I mentioned that on monday i'm coming home for WEEKS (hence the rush to get them to a shelter) and she changed her mind

If Ling had been old enough,...and not long furred. I may yet go to the local shelter and adopt him a friend.
