made it home but almost didn't

I went to pick up the meds before I headed to PA for at least two weeks. As I did so some ass in a blue-green truck pulls out of the hard to get out of Wendy's and cuts across three lanes of traffic making me and an SUV stand on our brakes. My ribs STILL hurt.

I did stop for those green tea soba noodles at the chinese/japanese restaurant and let's just say I found cha ru soba....disappointing. I guess I'm supposed to savor the subtle flavor of these greenish-grey strands of pasta since the ONLY thing on it were white seasemes and ribbons of kombu (and sorry I'm just not a huge fan of fishy seaweed). I ended up bringing it home. I'll put a sauce on it.

Then I made the mistake of going to the Athens Kroger's because it had a Starbucks in it and I wanted caffeine for the trip. This is the Kroger's my coworker wants me to go to. OMG it's like heaven. The fresh deli section is nearly the size of my entire Krogers.

Made it home. One of my new necklaces had a malfunction. Well better here where i can fix it then when i get to Cleveland on Thursday.

Glad to see you alive and kicking since once again I disappeared for a bit.

Speaking of meds, Aaron is now a pharmacist's assistant and counting out pills. Apparently you can be any schlub and do this, although the law is changing in a few months.

yeah my college's community college aspect is picking up a new pharm tech degree. How does Aaron like it?

I thought about getting my pharmacy degree when i got hurt but 8 years ago they refused to let me get by with anything but going all 5 years. Arguing I was a doctor and could WRITE scripts had no meaning to them

They already love Aaron at the drugstore, so it makes sense to have him go the next step. He finds it interesting - he already knows a lot of the drugs because he pays attention.
