It is looking like Winry is going to keep the baby. How would the story have been different if she had decided to have an abortion?

I think if she had an abortion, Winry would have found herself in a very dark place. She's a healer for one and respects life. She would always be worrying 'what if someone found out.'

It would have been a decision Dev wouldn't have been able to cope with and the friendship would have ended.

She might have lost (or at least THINK she lost the respect of her grandmother and Riza)

I'm not sure how Ed/Al would have reacted but probably not well
